Terms and Conditions for SMS Messaging

1. Program Description

By providing your phone number or responding to our initial outreach, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from AIT Environmental Technology regarding disaster response coordination and property damage assessment. These messages are sent to facilitate the collection of damage photos and incident reports.

2. No Sale of Personal Information

We value your privacy. AIT Environmental Technology will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, including your mobile phone number and messaging consent, to any third party for any reason. Your information is used strictly for the purpose of coordinating disaster recovery services.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the severity and duration of the disaster response incident. You can expect to receive messages only for the duration of the active recovery project.

5. Opt-Out & Stop

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START.

6. Support & Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at dg@aitfla.com.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Automated Systems

You acknowledge that messages are delivered via an automated system. While the content of the requests is human authored for disaster response purposes, the delivery and receipt are managed through AIT’s automated platform.

9. Content Submission

By submitting photos or data via this messaging system, you confirm that you have the authority to provide this information for the purpose of damage assessment and that the content is an accurate representation of the incident.
